Joe Wild Crea

Joe began working at Ampersand Families in 2009 and currently is a program director. He combines a background in education with a spectrum of experience – both personal and professional – in training, public policy and advocacy for people with disabilities.

Joe believes that systems should be more responsive to the needs of those they are designed to serve. He promotes greater public private collaboration within the service sector and advocates for consumers to play an ever increasing role in policy development. His years of parenting four children has inspired a passion for building enduring, permanent relationships for adolescents as a means to creating stability in their lives and promoting their well being.
