A Family for Gabe

The right family for Gabe will be transparent in their intentions, capable of role modeling accountability, and ready to demonstrate commitment and follow through with actions. Gabe values honesty and being truthful especially with adults as he yearns for meaningful relationships and connections. Once Gabe has a relationship with an individual, he will place a lot of trust in them and really take to heart— their words and actions. Gabe needs a family who can support him in his areas of interests, dedicate time to watch him grow, and guide him in learning to make healthy and safe decisions.

He does best with structure, clear expectations and having someone who is open to all of who he is, knowing he is not perfect. He will likely thrive with a traditional two parent home, and many sibling compositions will be considered. Gabe will need a family that can help navigate complicated birth family dynamics.
