She works in nonprofit HR leadership, with a focus on organizational practices that engage staff and promote equity and accountability at every level. She is interested in centering emotional intelligence as the vehicle for transformative leadership, and analyzing how organizations handle power and responsibility. Rachel lives with her partner Kim, son Will, and a handful of other animals in South Minneapolis.
