Ripley (she/her/ella) joined the Ampersand board in October 2025.
More About Ripley Piedrasanta
Ampersand’s mission to keep families united, and to support new families, is near and dear to Ripley as she and her spouse hope to expand their family through adoption. Ripley is looking forward to being a part of an organization that centers on the well-being of children as it pertains to short & long-term familial care.
Ripley received her B.S. in Anthropology from Arizona State University and her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Minnesota. Ripley’s nonprofit experience ranges from working with Comunidades Latinas Unidas En Servicio to Big Brothers Big Sisters, both of which have strengthened her commitment to serving all Minnesotans. When she is not working, Ripley enjoys spending her free time crafting, playing Animal Crossing, or spending time with her cats (Cauliflower, Turkey, and Yin).
