Anjaly Connors

Anjaly is a recent graduate of  Winona State University with a Bachelor’s in social work and is a licensed social worker in the state of Minnesota. An internship at an adoption agency in St. Paul ignited her passion for working with youth. She is excited to be starting her career at Ampersand Families and working to create families for youth in foster care.

Anjaly enjoys working with youth and has a variety of experiences doing so including through nannying, coaching, and volunteering at adoptee support groups. Anjaly is a transracial adoptee, which has influenced her interest in working with adoption. She  understands the challenges some of these youth face and is committed to offering them support throughout the process of finding a family.

Outside of work, Anjaly enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves to travel, explore new places, and try new foods. She is very active and enjoys doing activities outside such as hiking, swimming, downhill skiing, and golfing.
