Permanency Specialist
He/Him
Cedric is a licensed graduate social worker progressing towards his independent licensure. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia in 2015 and his Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2019. He joined the Ampersand team in May 2025.
He brings with him 10 years of experience serving his various communities, with his most recent role as a Children’s Mental Health Case Manager at Washburn Center for Children. He has also served as a Housing Case Manager/Homelessness Social Worker during the COVID-19 Pandemic, a Domestic Violence Hotline Advocate, and experience working in Foster Care Case Management in Georgia. He is excited to get back to his roots in supporting youth on their paths to permanency.
He is motivated by a belief that everyone deserves to feel supported and valued and strives to make that easier for the people he connects with, personally and professionally.
Outside of work, you can find Cedric trying new restaurants and coffee shops, or watching the most recent films released in theaters!
