Grace Knutson

Grace is a licensed social worker with the state of Minnesota, having received a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Minnesota State University-Mankato. She joined the Ampersand team in February 2024, bringing experience working with youth and families. Her previous role included supporting young people exiting foster care as an Independent Living Skills Coordinator and working as a supportive adult for the Mankato Youth Leadership Council.

Grace is driven by her personal values of community, equity, and acceptance. She is passionate about supporting individuals in their journey to connection. Grace is excited to be joining an organization that shares a similar mission. She looks forward to collaborating with families and multi-disciplinary teams to help foster or maintain those connections.

When away from work, Grace enjoys spending time with her partner, their two cats, and family. You can often find her enjoying music, trying out a new gluten-free recipe, or playing on her Nintendo Switch.
