Lila Khan

Lila earned her B.S. degree in Neuroscience from Hamline University in 2020 and completed her M.A. in Family Social Science at the University of Minnesota in 2023. Prior to arriving at Ampersand, Lila worked with various youth and family programs including programming for homeless and at-risk youth, as well as a mentoring program for autistic teens and adults. Additionally, Lila has experience in long-term disability case management.

Outside of work, Lila enjoys spending time with her husband and her daughter, whether it be by the lakeside, at a park, or strolling through the mall. Lila and her husband also enjoy all types of movies, live theater, and occasionally binge a season or two of reality TV. In addition to family time, Lila enjoys volunteering for other youth programming, such as coaching for Girls on the Run MN.

Lila has a passion for serving youth and families in all walks of life and is excited to support Ampersand’s families through her role as a Family Permanency Specialist.
