McKenzie Daul

McKenzie earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Later, she earned her Master of Public and Nonprofit Administration degree from Metropolitan State University. McKenzie has been working within the child welfare and human services field for over ten years. Most recently, she has led foster care and adoption programming. McKenzie is a licensed Social Worker in the state of Minnesota and Wisconsin.

McKenzie is passionate about working with youth and families. She works to dismantle barriers for youth and families. Ampersand Families’ values are integral to McKenzie’s leadership and work. Ensuring that youth and families have a voice within such a complex system, like the child welfare system is an essential part of McKenzie’s work.

Outside of work, McKenzie enjoys traveling and spending time with her daughter and other loved ones. McKenzie also enjoys watching her daughter play various sports and is just a little competitive.
