Misha is a former special education teacher with a master’s degree from the University of Saint Thomas. From her early days as a camp counselor to her work as a case manager, she has consistently advocated for youth, ensuring their voices are heard and understood—because what young people have to say truly matters.
Outside of work, Misha is most likely outdoors—swimming, biking, camping, or hiking. She’s an avid traveler who has solo backed through Peru and Australia. She’s also an avid arts-and-crafts enthusiast with a special flair for costuming. Misha is thrilled to be joining the Ampersand team because she feels most fulfilled when she’s making a difference in the lives of young people, especially those with the biggest challenges. She plans to go back to school to pursue her MSW.
