Tabetha Lattery

Tabetha joined Ampersand Families in December of 2021. Tabetha has her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Bemidji State University. Tabetha became a Licensed Social Worker with the Minnesota Board of Social Work in 2017 and has since dedicated herself to working with children and families. In her career as a Licensed Social Worker, Tabetha has gained experience as a Family Case Manager, a Child Protection Investigator, a Foster Care Licensor, and now as a Relative Search and Engagement Specialist.

When not at work, Tabetha can be found reading, visiting with family, working on projects around the house, or tending to her various animals – including 3 cats, a dog, an axolotl, and her two goldfish.

Since working in the child welfare system, Tabetha’s passion, and commitment to serving youth and their families continues to grow. Especially Tabetha’s commitment to keeping youth connected to their relatives and making sure the youth have a committed support system. Tabetha has always had a passion for working with youth and believes that every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and loved. Tabetha is happy to be a part of Ampersand Families and to continue to contribute to the agency’s mission and work.
