Teage Luther

Teage Luther joined Ampersand Families in June 2024 as a Kin Link Specialist. She is a non-clinical licensed graduate social worker with the state of Minnesota and holds an MSW from the University of Denver. Her undergraduate degree is from Loras College in Business Management and Marketing.

For the first six years of her career, Teage worked at Luther College within Residence Life, where she focused on creating community through strong relationships with students, wellness programming, and case management. From there, she moved to the University of St. Thomas to work as a full-time case manager supporting students who were navigating difficult health situations while balancing their coursework.

Teage is passionate about working with youth and young adults as they grow and explore who they are. She has previously volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Iowa. She is excited about this opportunity to continue her work supporting youth through Ampersand Families!  

Outside of work, Teage enjoys spending time with her family, doing crafts, and going to the farmer’s market. She loves to arrange flowers and plan gatherings for her friends and family.
