Azeem is kind, polite, and has a good sense of humor. He enjoys reading and watching movies. Azeem is interested in sports, especially basketball, foot- ball, and track. Azeem’s favorite classes are science and agriculture. His favorite foods are seafood and cheesecake. Azeem advocates for himself when he feels he can trust adults will listen to him and fulfill his needs. Azeem works hard to keep his grades up at school. He has a lot of strong goals for his future and plans to be successful in life.
A family for Azeem...
Azeem wants a family that will support him and guide him through life. He hopes to be in a home with no other children or children over the age of 15, however the team will consider all options. Azeem is open to all types of caregivers with no preferences in regard to race, religion, or sexual orientation.
He is open to living in a larger city setting. Azeem expressed that he would prefer to be in a home without cats, pet snakes, or pet spiders. Patient caregiv- ers should be able to effectively communicate expectations and provide consistency. Azeem does particularly well with older adults. Azeem will need to maintain contact with his siblings and other important adults.
