Sara (she/her) was drawn to serve on Ampersand Families' board because she believes in and supports our holistic approach to working with youth.
More About Sara Umbreit
Sara is a Funding Administrator at Moore Engineering, Inc. In this role, she creates and refines grant administration workflow and protocols, assists in securing project funding, tracks progress post-award, and manages reporting and closeouts for large-scale environmental projects.
Drawing from over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Sara specializes in program management, volunteer coordination, and youth services. Throughout her career, she has held various positions dedicated to fostering positive changes, nurturing community bonds, and empowering individuals.
