Whitney started with Ampersand in November 2025, after relocating with her family from Nebraska to Minnesota! She has three children who are 15, 12, and 11, along with three dogs as well which makes for a noisy and fun household!
Whitney has been working in the child welfare and foster care field for about 15 years. While she has a lot of experience, she is always focused on learning and growing personally and professionally. Outside of work, Whitney enjoys reading (pretty much any genre), writing, live music, and being involved with her kids’ activities.
