Rachel Martinez

Rachel (she/her) works in nonprofit HR leadership, with a focus on organizational practices that engage staff and promote equity and accountability at every level. She is interested in emotionally intelligent communication as the vehicle for transformative leadership, and believes that good governance must reflect the values of an organization. Rachel lives with her nonbinary teenager and three cats in South Minneapolis.
